'Spring in the Arts' - an evening of music and art in many forms. The evening will be woven in the tales of Emily Carr's journey into the world of arts. Carr will be portrayed by actor Christine Pilgrim. Pilgrim will be accompanied by community youth, followed by the musical talents of Carolyn Anele, The Lent Fraser Wall Trio and Steel Wound. Visual artisans of all levels and disciplines will also have pieces on display for a silent auction. Tickets can be purchased at the Bean Scene, Gallery Vertigo, the Vernon Community Music School or by emailing vlearnpac@gmail.com Tickets are $15 each in advance, or $20 at the door.
